Judicial Conflict

The United States Supreme Court ruled that police departments don't have an obligation to protect people, even against known threats. The California Supreme Court ruled that business owners have an obligation to protect anyone in their parking lot.

If your life is in danger, you should move to California and live on a parking lot.

Goe, lives too near california.

So, like dude, if you really had the munchies, after smokin your "meds", a good pizza place would have to bring you out a nice hot za, for fear that you might starve.

Rach, figures that in Texas, they would just declare you in a vegitative state and clear the lot with a shotgun.
